Fees

Fees for assessments will be determined based on the individual needs of the child. Our comprehensive assessments typically require 14 to 16 hours of time and include an initial 1-hour intake interview with the parent, 4 to 5 hours of testing with the child, 8 to 10 hours of scoring, interpretation and report writing, and 1 to 1 ½ hours for feedback to review findings. Families will receive a 15 to 25 page evaluation report which contains individualized recommendations based on the strengths and weaknesses of the child. At the feedback session, an invoice will be provided containing the diagnostic codes for our services. We do not file to insurance. Clients are encouraged to seek reimbursement from their carrier directly. Common CPT (billing) codes to assist with inquiries about coverage include 96130, 96131, 96136, 96137, 96132, and 96133.
